Day 3 Total Body Cardio
Plank, plank, plank…. Total Body is plank heavy. I HATE PLANKS. I felt like quitting twice but made it to the end. After the workout me knees ached and popped. Nothing unbearable but noticeable.
Total Body Cardio is over the most difficult workout so far.
Day 4 Ab Intervals
Twenty five minutes of Shaun T ab workout.
I rarely target my abs. I’m a cardio, arms and legs girl. To my surprise my abs did not give out. Because of my living room set up it was difficult to see the TV. It was difficult to keep up with the transitions. There isn’t any down time between excercises. My New Balances slid across my hardwood floors. It was difficult to hold some of the poises because of my shoes. All in all it felt like an effective core workout.
Tomorrow Lower Focus and Cardio
