No throwing up today!!! I did 100% of the modified routine. I have zero nada coordination, therefore, some of the foot movements became tricky. The interval stretching breaks were amazing. It was the quick break that I needed.
Overall, I liked the workout. I sweated a lot more today than yesterday.
Maybe I didn’t remove all of my eye makeup the night before. This is a judgment free zone.
