Where is the toilet?

I literally wanted to throw up!

For the first 15 minutes I was keeping up then all of a sudden my stomach screamed, not to today Blu.  I was working out on an empty stomach but drinking a bunch of water.

I stopped at the 8:19 left mark.

After feeling defeated for a minute, I hopped up and finished.  Around 90% of the workout comprised of the modified moves.

Conclusion

I love it . Twenty five hard minutes before work. Thumbs up
