I fell off. One thing after another. Major dental work, vacation and laziness are all of my excuses. I’m back at it though. My personal goal is to lose 30lbs by my birthday, July 27.
Good News, I still got it. I thought I was going to die. I wasn’t nearly as hard as I remembered. I was able to do 95% of the workout without modifications. If everything goes as planned, I will do the Abs workout tonight with a 30 walk.
I forgot to put on my heartrate tracker. I will remember tomorrow.
