It’s Friday and a three day weekend. The down side is Aunt Flo came into town on her broom stick; I am exhausted and my body aches. I still have to get my workout done.
Day 3 Total Body Cardio
Plank, plank, plank…. Total Body is plank heavy. I HATE PLANKS. I felt like quitting twice but made it to the end. After the workout me knees ached and popped. Nothing unbearable but noticeable.
Total Body Cardio is over the most difficult workout so far.

No throwing up today!!! I did 100% of the modified routine. I have zero nada coordination, therefore, some of the foot movements became tricky. The interval stretching breaks were amazing. It was the quick break that I needed.
Where is the toilet?
I literally wanted to throw up!
For the first 15 minutes I was keeping up then all of a sudden my stomach screamed, not to today Blu. I was working out on an empty stomach but drinking a bunch of water.
